Blue Tree Garden Bauru Hotel

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with amazing customer service and genuine hospitality. the location is just perfect with everything in close proximity and a peaceful district. the rooms are incredible, spacious, and clean with fast Wi-Fi. the staff were amazing and always joyful. the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of food.

The scrambled eggs could have been better as they were watery and the cheese dried out.

Comfortable room, nice desk, top floor rooms, convenient setting, friendly and helpful reception staff and manager.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel has really spacious and well, maintained rooms with fast Wi, Fi and excellent facilities. It is situated near a shopping mall and various restaurants, and it is easy to travel around the city from there. Best aspects: the hotel staff was amazing, very friendly, approachable, and helpful. the meals were delicious and reasonably priced, and the hotel restaurant was a great place to spend an evening.

Although most of the staff were very professional, some of them appeared to be inexperienced and were not well, trained to provide a good service. the breakfast could have been better, with some items seeming to have been left out for a bit too long.

The hotel is situated in a tranquil district that offers easy transportation and parking. The rooms on the upper floors are amazing. I was impressed by how clean the hotel was and the facilities are superb. Breakfast is delicious and the staff were helpful.

Nothing is perfect!

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice desk to work on. The staff, from the reception to the manager, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel very welcome during my stay. The service was top-notch, with prompt room service, efficient housekeeping, and laundry facilities available. The hotel also offered a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a lovely touch.
